Because Stage One is a professional, battery-powered audio system, shipping availability and delivery times are determined by regulatory certification, carrier approval, and destination country import requirements.

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses cannot be fulfilled.

🚚 Carriers & Delivery Speeds

We ship internationally using DHL Express Worldwide, selected for its reliability, security, and approval for lithium-battery products. Domestic U.S. orders ship via trusted U.S. carriers.

Estimated Transit Times (After Shipment)

• United States: 3–5 business days

• Canada: 1–3 business days

• United Kingdom: 2–3 business days

• Western / Central / Northern Europe: 2–3 business days

• Eastern Europe: 2–4 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or remote locations.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or GST, depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly shown at checkout

• Fees are determined by your local government

• DHL may contact you directly if payment is required before delivery

We aim for transparency and will never surprise you intentionally with hidden fees.

Stage One contains high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. All shipments are:

• Declared and packaged according to international battery transport regulations

• Approved for air and ground transport

• Shipped using carrier-certified battery handling procedures

Carrier availability and routing may vary based on destination.
