Electrotech Audio is committed to delivering a premium experience with every Stage One speaker. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee exists to give real customers the confidence to try Stage One risk-free. To keep this guarantee fair and protected, the following Terms & Conditions apply.

1. Eligibility of Purchase

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to:

• Stage One units purchased directly through ElectrotechAudio.com, and

• Officially authorized retailers or sales channels approved by Electrotech Audio.

Purchases made through unauthorized sellers, auction sites, third-party resale accounts, or private-party transactions do not qualify.

2. Proof of Purchase Required

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

• Valid order number

• Full name and email used during purchase

• Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier

Electrotech Audio reserves the right to deny returns without valid proof of purchase.

3. 90-Day Return Window

The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To qualify:

• A return request must be submitted within 90 days

• The customer must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back

Products sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Product

We accept returns with normal cosmetic wear from regular use.
However, returns will not be accepted if the product shows:

• Cracks, dents, crushed cabinets, or severe impact damage

• Water exposure or moisture damage

• Burn marks or electrical damage caused by misuse

• Missing internal components or tampering

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Neglect, abuse, or improper handling

Electrotech Audio may refuse a refund if the product is returned in significantly damaged or altered condition.

5. One-Per-Customer Protection

To prevent fraudulent or repeated misuse of the guarantee:

• Only one return per customer, household, address, or payment method is eligible for the 90-Day Guarantee

• Additional returns will be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances and must be approved in writing

Electrotech Audio reserves the right to deny repeated attempts that appear abusive.

6. Return Requirements

Returned products must include:

• The Stage One speaker

• Original charging/power cable

• Any included accessories

• Original packaging if available (strongly recommended)

Failure to include necessary components may result in:

• A partial refund, or

• A denied refund, depending on missing items

7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Safe packaging of the return

• Shipping costs (unless prohibited by law)

• Using a trackable and insured shipping service

Electrotech Audio is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, unscanned, damaged in transit, or sent to the wrong address.

Refunds may be reduced or denied for:

• Missing parts

• Excessive damage

• Evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraud

9. Fraud, Theft, or Bad-Faith Returns

The guarantee does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items

• Claims that contradict carrier tracking

• Attempts to return a different product than the one purchased

• “Empty box” returns

• Returns of heavily damaged or intentionally abused items

• Customers who repeatedly attempt to exploit the policy

Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in:

• Denial of refund

• Ban from future purchases

• Escalation to appropriate authorities if necessary

10. Electrotech Audio’s Rights

Electrotech Audio reserves the right to:

• Modify or end the 90-Day Guarantee at any time (never retroactively)

• Deny returns that violate these terms

• Request additional verification to confirm identity or purchase legitimacy

• Take action against fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith claims
