B2B Sales & Terms of Service

Welcome to the Electrotec Audio B2B platform. By creating a wholesale or institutional account, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following B2B & Wholesale Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.

1. General Account Eligibility & Verification

All B2B accounts are subject to review and approval by Electrotec Audio. We reserve the right to request business documentation (such as a resale certificate, tax ID, or institutional credentials) to verify your account status.

2. Reseller Restrictions & Marketplace Policy (Resellers Only)

If you are purchasing products for the purpose of retail sale or commercial resale, you must strictly adhere to the following channel restrictions:

Third-Party Marketplaces: You are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or advertising any products supplied by Electrotec Audio on any third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or Target Plus.

Proprietary Websites: Reselling products on your own independently owned and operated e-commerce website is permitted only after obtaining prior written approval from Electrotec Audio.

Wholesale & Distribution Restrictions: You may not wholesale, sub-license, or distribute products to any other third-party companies, retailers, or distributors—either domestically or internationally—without explicit, advance written consent from Electrotec Audio.

3. Institutional & Educational Purchasing (Schools, Universities & Teams)

We recognize that educational institutions, athletic departments, and sports organizations purchase products for direct internal use rather than commercial resale.

Permitted Use: Schools, universities, training facilities, and institutional accounts are exempt from the reseller approval processes, provided the items are purchased exclusively for use by their own athletes, students, and staff.

Non-Resale Agreement: By opening an institutional account, you agree that these products are for internal consumption and will not be redistributed, repackaged, or sold for commercial profit.

4. Compliance and Termination

Electrotec Audio reserves the right to audit purchasing accounts for compliance. Any violation of these terms—including unauthorized marketplace listings or unapproved distribution—will result in immediate termination of your B2B account, cancellation of all pending orders, and potential legal action for breach of contract.
